Legal Officer (M/F/D) (Full-time or Part-time)

• Review, evaluation, and negotiation of legal topics, including but not limited to customer contracts, partner and supplier agreements
• Monitoring and advice on Compliance and Data Protection
• Legal advice for the development and operation of our product
• Regular interaction with staff from different departments and advise on various legal matters
• Corporate matters
• Support of Information Security Officer: Development of the effective ISMS based on the ISO 2700; Reviewing and maintaining our guidelines and documentation; Planning and coordinating our internal and certification audits; Record, support, and handling of security incidents; Organizing awareness trainings and monitoring the effectiveness of measures
• Point of contact for customer questionnaires and support of supplier management

• Law degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule)
• Professional experience in the IT sector is desirable, but not mandatory
• Fluency in German and English
