Manage the renewal process to maximise revenue growth for VMRay and overachieve our upsell sales & revenue goals
Build long lasting relationships with customers to ensure all their needs are exceeded, as well as expand our revenue base within each account
Schedule and manage regular check-in calls with customers
Co-ordinate regular Customer Service Reviews that include Customer Success & Product Management teams
Continue to identify further stakeholders within a customers organisations, updating the matrix coverage plan for each account
Keep track of progress in Salesforce.com and maintain renewal and upsell sales metrics
Attend prospect meetings, industry functions, association events and conferences with the ability to travel a minimum of 10-20% of the time.
Identify opportunities for upsell campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasise our unique selling propositions and differentiators
