Why you should join

As Field Marketing Manager EMEA & Asia Pacific Region your main focus is to help drive revenue for the EMEA sales team by building pipeline. Your focus is net new customer acquisition & cross selling, but you also support upselling activities. You have a strong relationship with all sales team members in your region and as well as with the other members of the Marketing team, responsible for Online Marketing, Brand & corporate communications and Product Marketing. You report to the VP of Marketing.

Your Responsibilities
  • You own & drive the lead generation & nurturing activities for the region, focussing on the customer & partner needs and progression of prospect through the funnel.
  • You are the voice of your rapidly growing region in the sales and marketing teams, are on top of leading trends, market structures and events, understand the local flavour of what works and what doesn’t in different geographies, vertical markets, and main personas.
  • You own the marketing plan and media mix to drive lead generation & nurturing, support brand strategy execution and PR.
  • You support & execute on product launches & global campaigns in your region. You customize global campaigns to local needs.
  • You identify the opportunities to create regional campaigns and develop & execute those after alignment with sales and marketing.
  • You own the operational side of campaign executions, from customization of messaging to media buying to implementation in salesforce and reporting on campaign efficiency (ROI) and effectiveness (number and quality of leads generated, conversion rates).  
  • Own and manage relationship with marketing agencies & 3rd party vendors to execute this plan
  • Share plans and campaign tactics with other team members to facilitate reuse and replication of best practices
Our Requirements
  • You have an excellent written and spoken command of the English and German language, other European or Asian language are an advantage
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
    • You are familiar with MQLs and SQLs and conversion rates & nurturing campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative and ownership for all marketing concerns with territory
  • You can draw on experience in Cyber security and make fact-based decisions.
  • You are happy to work with team members in different time zones
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
