Your Responsibilities


  • Produce and maintain high quality customer facing product documentation in cooperation with internal teams as Product team, Customer Success and R&D

  • Maintain and extend the Glossary, in-depth User and Administrator Guides, release notes as well as technical overviews

  • Participate in the UX process of product development

  • Create and improve texts and wordings in the product UI

  • Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users

  • Plan, schedule, and track documentation work to meet product release dates by Project Management

  • Provide editorial support for Product related blog posts

  • Provide style and formatting guidance, manage, and assure consistency for the internal solution documentation

Our Requirements
  • Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of technical writing

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Strong writing, production, and technical editing skills

  • Clear understanding of user needs and customer expectations in a professional B2B environment

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in an environment with evolving requirements and priorities

  • Exposure to documentation publishing software and enterprise content management (e.g. confluence)

  • Ability to address feedback efficiently and thoroughly on published content

  • Communicate and collaborate with subject matter experts
