Our Sales Operations Team provides support essential to the productivity of the sales organization and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to be sure appropriate objectives and priorities are met. In this role, the Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/D) will be integral in ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes while maximizing the use and performance of our CRM and sales tools. This role will report to the Head of Sales Operations and Enablement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for the sales team for training and troubleshooting as it relates to our sales tools and CRM (Salesforce.com)

  • Assist the Sales Operations team to develop and maintain a strategy to drive business growth

  • Support the sales team in identifying and resolving issues and bottlenecks in the sales process and provide support to ensure sales opportunities are being maximized

  • Work with the team in the development of our knowledge library as it relates to Salesforce.com

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives and CRM needs

  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively execute the sales process and meet sales targets

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in Confluence and SFDC, ensuring data quality and consistency

  • Support ad hoc sales-related projects and initiatives as needed

Our Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role

  • Experience with managing projects of various size and scope

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to the sales team

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards

  • Experience working with Confluence is beneficial
