Place outbound phone calls (cold calling) to communicate VMRay’s value proposition to senior execs and set appointments to initiate the sales process
Identify the main stakeholders within prospect organisations, creating a matrix coverage plan for each account
Find new prospects using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach and other tools
Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through execution of demand generation activities
Qualify and set appointments with inbound sales leads
Keep track of progress in Salesforce.com and maintain sales leads metrics
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences with the ability to travel a minimum of 10-20% of the time
Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
Work closely with Marketing and Regional Sales Managers throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation to purchase order
Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasise our unique selling propositions and differentiators
Make 50+ calls daily into target accounts
2+ years of B2B telephone sales or other relevant sales experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Ability to quickly learn new processes
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills
Multi-lingual is a plus
Understanding of cloud computing, cyber security and threat detection is a plus
4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree would be an advantage
Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo experience is desirable
