Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth for VMRay and over achieve our upsell sales & revenue goals

  • Build long lasting relationships with customers to ensure all their needs are exceeded, as well as expand our revenue base within each account

  • Schedule and manage regular check-in calls with customers

  • Co-ordinate regular Customer Service Reviews that include Customer Success & Product Management teams

  • Attend prospect meetings, industry functions, association events and conferences with the ability to travel a minimum of 10-20% of the time.

  • Identify opportunities for upsell campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales

  • Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasise our unique selling propositions and differentiators

  • A demonstrated ability to close

Our Requirements
  • 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred

  • 5+ years successful experience in inside sales and information security services or products

  • Expertise in managing customer renewals and upsell

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  

  • Multi-lingual (Desirable)

  • Understanding of cloud computing, cyber security and threat detection  

  • Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo experience
