VMRay is growing our support team and searching for a Security Solutions Support Specialist (M/F/D). VMRay is a small but rapidly growing security threat detection solution provider that has moved from start-up to scale-up. VMRay’s Analyzer platform is industry leading in its ability to identify, analyze, and report detail in malware. VMRay is headquartered in Bochum, Germany but is a highly distributed organization with staff throughout EMEA and the US. This role will be home office based with very infrequent travel.

Researching the root cause and resolving product related issues
Engaging with Product Management and Development to submit bugs and enhancement requests
Providing weekly support updates to identify and escalate issues preventing satisfactory resolution
Providing updates and support ticket history during customer service review meetings
Providing custom services such as training or 3rd party product integration
On-boarding services
5-7 years experience in supporting software solutions
Professional experience in the area of Cybersecurity beneficial
Be a hands-on learner that can absorb new knowledge rapidly and independently
Knowledge in scripting and Linux beneficial
Really good writing and speaking skills in English
Willingness to occasional work off hours to support global customers including scheduled weekends
Willingness to travel up to 20%
