Why VMRay

As Head of Global Strategic Alliances, you are going to own, develop and accelerate a world-class strategic partner program with leading technology providers to ensure a seamless, holistic solution for advanced threat analysis and detection. You will define strategy and lead joint GTM activities with partners for generating demand, establishing market visibility, as well as penetrating into new markets. In this role, you will form collaborative cross-functional relationships with the ecosystem to identify, develop and execute new business plans.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Create GTM strategy and business plan for the technology alliance partner program together with executive team
  • Establish new and maintain robust relationships with VMRay’s technology partners
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the security ecosystem and business trends
  • Work strategically to identify new use cases and business opportunities to be addressed together with strategic partners
  • Orchestrate and coordinate program activities with both internal and external-facing teams
  • Develop and formulate partnership proposition to further expand the technology alliance partner program
  • Define and measure KPIs to monitor success and value of strategic alliances
  • Independently lead and negotiate commercial discussions and agreements
Our Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leading global partnerships, business development, or similar roles
  • 10 years of experience in the B2B software/SaaS industry with at least 3 years working in the cybersecurity domain 
  • Security sales experience is a priority with an understanding of the marketplace
  • Strong relationship management skills, can build trust and collaborate across all levels, internally and externally
  • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional, can easily relate to both C-levels and technical staff
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strategic mindset, can read through business and technology, identify future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies
  • International travel is required, up to 25%
