Our Inside Sales team is responsible for SaaS renewals, looking after and generating additional revenue from our existing customers that use our threat analysis and detection platform. Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth for VMRay and over achieve our upsell sales & revenue goals
Build long lasting relationships with customers to ensure all their needs are exceeded, as well as expand our revenue base within each account
Schedule and manage regular check-in calls with customers
Co-ordinate regular Customer Service Reviews that include Customer Success & Product Management teams
Attend prospect meetings, industry functions, association events and conferences with the ability to travel a minimum of 10-20% of the time.
Identify opportunities for upsell campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasise our unique selling propositions and differentiators
A demonstrated ability to close
5+ years successful experience in inside sales and information security services or products
Expertise in managing customer renewals and upsell
Ability to communicate, present and influence
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Multi-lingual (Desirable)
Understanding of cloud computing, cyber security and threat detection
Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo experience
