- Your Responsibilities
Global Demand Generation Leadership;Define and execute the global and own the US demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth including strategic planning, budget allocation, execution, and performance optimization
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Develop and implement campaigns that engage different personas including the technical champion and key decision-makers. Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content & Online experts to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and pipeline goals as well as improve lead flow and scoring with Revenue operations team
Data, Analytics & Reporting: Own demand generation performance metrics, providing insights on pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Utilize marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) for tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Our Requirements
7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
Proven track record of owning and managing demand generation strategies in the U.S. market, including budget management and ROI analysis
Expertise in marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
Strong background in ABM, digital marketing, paid media, and pipeline acceleration
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience leading and scaling global demand generation programs
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing
Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, NRich, Demandbase, or Terminus would be a plus
Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and buyer personas is beneficial
