Inside Sales Manager – EMEA



  • Be the central internal contact within sales process
  • Build up and lead inside sales processes
  • Handle and manage CRM system with customer information
  • Monitor customer requests and create offers
  • Be operational interface between marketing, sales, finance and customer success
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Coordinate and process incoming requests
  • Report sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Support the sales team in setting up meetings or calls


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in commercial education
  • > 5 years practical experience in inside sales and sales with international focus
  • Outstanding sales talent, enthusiasm when dealing with customers and profound understanding for the sales sector
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English (speaking and writing)
  • Have very good communication skills for all hierarchy levels (verbal/written)
