Business Development Manager – APAC



  • Identify, recruit and on-board new partners and customers within assigned territory
  • Work with partners and customers to develop sale proposals, quotations and pricings
  • Manage sales activities of partners and customers to generate revenue
  • Coordinate with partners and customers to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Address partner and customer related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in sales marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and conferences


  • B.Sc./M.Sc. Economics/Computer Science
  • 10+ years management experience within B2B sales (direct and indirect) of software products for APAC
  • Technical aptitude and excitement for new technologies
  • Customer obsession
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies
  • Experience in cyber security
  • Ability to work independently and build the business from scratch
  • Ability to develop Channel sales
  • Strong customer and partner network accross APAC
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English: Must be exceptionally comfortable and capable when speaking to a wide spectrum of internal and external professionals, from executive to junior level
